You can choose from any one of our 3 plans. Each plan determines how many items you can rent at a time, and you can swap your items for new ones as many times a month as you want :). Return ALL of your items when you're ready and you’ll be able to select new ones within two days. Shipping and dry cleaning are always free. You can also purchase anything you’d like to keep with our special members only discount. Simply hold onto those items and return the rest using the provided pre-paid FedEx GROUND shipping label.
Please send back using the provided return packaging and pack the clothing items and accessories in the protective bags they came with. If you would like to purchase one or more of your items, simply hold onto anything you’d like to buy. Once we receive your return, you will automatically be charged 80% of the current retail price for any missing items. You’ll be able to select new items within two days of dropping off your package at FedEx.
Because we offer the option to keep anything you'd like to purchase, you will be charged for any missing items. Please return ALL of your items together unless you wish to purchase any of them.

Yes, once your return package is scanned in by FedEx GROUND, you can activate early check-in for $9.
Option 1: Want to add more items to your new order? You can add up to two additional items for $11.95 each before you place your order.
Option 2: Need an additional item sent out but not ready to send back your current order? You can add up to two additional items for $11.95 each, and we will get your new item(s) shipped out to you with free standard USPS shipping. Rush shipping options are available at checkout.
You can keep your items for an unlimited amount of time, as long as your membership is in good standing. Keep them for a week or an entire season — it’s up to you! You must return all of your pieces at the same time otherwise we will assume you want purchase the items you're holding onto and will charge your card on file for the member price of those items. If you don't want to purchase anything from your box, simply place all the items into the return package and send everything back together. Please note that all sales are final after 15 days.

Plans & Pricing section to select the plan that you want to switch to. Follow the prompts and you’ll be all set!
Once you’ve selected a plan and successfully created a subscription, you will immediately be able to select the items for your first order.
1. Click "All Clothing" in the Unlimited Membership menu to see all available clothing items. Click “Accessories” to browse all available accessories.
2. Select your items and click “Add to my bag" after clicking on your size. Complete the checkout page and you're done!
Due to the nature of shipping, some items may be slightly wrinkled upon arrival. If your item is wrinkled, we ask that you steam it on low heat.
We take great care to clean our items. Every item is professionally dry cleaned and our team uses a wide array of techniques to make sure each piece is thoroughly cleaned, pressed, inspected for quality, and packaged with care so that it’s ready for you to wear.

You can cancel your membership by going to "My FashionPass" in the My Account menu. From there, you can click "pause/cancel membership". Keep in mind, you’ll need to return your order before the end of your current billing cycle for the cancellation to take effect. If your package is not scanned in at FedEx by the end of your current billing cycle, your account will remain active and you will continue to be billed for your FashionPass membership.

Please note that all sales are final after 15 days.
Oh no! We hope this never happens, but if you do receive an item in less than perfect condition, please let us know within 24 hours of the delivery of your items and we would be happy to help :).
The insurance included in the cost of your monthly membership covers minor mishaps and general wear and tear. If the item is damaged beyond repair, lost, or stolen, you’ll be charged 80% of the retail price of the item.

Please do not attempt to wash or dry clean your items. We professionally dry clean every item and we have a team of experts who know exactly how to clean and care for each item.
You are not permitted to tailor any of our items, however you can purchase our
temporary fashion tape should you need to alter the length of one of your items.
The card on file will be automatically charged for the price of your monthly membership every 30 days. If you need to update or edit your credit card, you can do so at any time from the
Billing Info section in the My Account menu.
No late fees for keeping your items! So long as your membership is in good standing, you can keep your items for as long as you want.
Please note, all past due subscription invoices that are late over 30 days will incur a 10% late fee penalty.
Each and every item is very carefully dry cleaned and inspected by our team of experts before they are re-accepted into our inventory, ensuring you always receive items in like-new condition.
