1. How does Haute and Rented work?
Select the FashionPass that best matches your lifestyle and budget (Socialite, Trendsetter, or Wanderlust). Browse our inventory and select the items you want to borrow. Once you've made your selections, your box will be shipped to you within 2 business days. When you're ready to return your items, simply send them back in the box using the prepaid shipping label. As soon as we receive your items, you'll be prompted to choose your next box!
2. Do I get to pick my own items?
Yes, we want you to be able to select and receive exactly what you want. Should you want some extra guidance, our Stylists are always happy to help!
3. What types of FashionPass do you offer?
We currently offer three levels of FashionPass.
Socialite ($89/month): 2 clothing items, 1 accessory
Trendsetter ($119/month): 3 clothing items, 2 accessories
Wanderlust ($149/month): 4 clothing items, 3 accessories

4. How long will it take for me to receive my box?
Boxes checked out before 3PM (PST) will be shipped same day and typically arrive within 2 business days. Boxes checked out after 3PM (PST) will be shipped the following business day.
5. How long do I get to keep my box for?
You may keep your items for as long as you'd like or exchange them for new ones as many times a month as you want.
6. How do I return my box?
Return your items using the pre-paid shipping label and take it to your nearest USPS store or schedule a pickup. Please send back in the box you received and package clothing items and accessories in the protective bags they came with. As soon as we receive your return, you'll be prompted to select new items.
7. Can I order a backup size if I'm nervous about the fit of an item?
Of course, using one of the items in your box as a backup size is a great way to ensure you look fantastic for a big event.
8. What if I really like something and want to keep it?
At this time, Items are not available for purchase during the rental process. While it is our hope that you'll love all of the items you borrow, we want to ensure that other members are able to enjoy them too. If you're still hoping to get your hands on an item that you loved, keep an eye out for it in the sale section of our website!
9. What happens if I accidentally damage or stain an item?
The insurance included in the cost of your monthly FashionPass covers minor mishaps and general wear and tear. If the item is damaged beyond repair, lost, or stolen, youâ€™ll be charged 70% of the retail price of the item.
10. How will I be billed?
The payment method you provided when you selected your plan will be automatically charged every 30 days. You can cancel anytime prior to the next billing cycle by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
11. How do I change my plan?
You can change your plan at any time by going to your profile and selecting Manage My Plan. If you want to switch to a plan that offers fewer items than your current plan, your plan change will occur at the time of your next billing date.
12. What condition are the items in?
Each and every item is very carefully cleaned and inspected before they are re-accepted into our inventory, ensuring you always receive items in like-new condition.
13. Can I wash or dry clean my items?
Please do not attempt to wash or dry clean any of your items. We take care of that part for you, so you can worry about more important things like your weekend plans.
14. Am I allowed to tailor any of the items I receive?
Members are not permitted to tailor items. If dresses or jumpsuits tend to be a bit too long on you, we recommend purchasing our temporary hem tape.
15. How do I know if something will fit me?
We understand that can sometimes be tricky. We do our best to provide descriptions that will help you with the selection process, but if you're unsure or would like a second opinion, our stylists are available via chat Monday through Saturday 8a-5p (PST).
